1. Professional access and licensing requirements

Dolce Bomb MD, LLC (Dolce Bomb MD) operates as a professional grade supplier of medical aesthetic products.

  • Professional use only: every product sold on this site, including PDO threads, cannulas, needles, skin boosters and professional serums, is restricted to licensed medical professionals and the practices they work in. Purchase access on this site is granted only after we verify a current medical license.
  • Medical devices: access to FDA cleared medical devices, including PDO threads, cannulas, needles and visualization devices, is strictly limited to licensed medical practitioners (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN under appropriate supervision, or equivalent) as required by federal and state law.
  • Consumer products: we do not currently sell products intended for home use. Only a product explicitly labeled for "Home Care" may be purchased by the general public.

By placing an order, you certify that you hold a valid, active license required by your jurisdiction to purchase, possess and use the specific product or device, and that it will be used within your scope of practice.

2. FDA cleared medical devices

Certain items on this website, including PDO threads, cannulas and needles, are classified as medical devices and have received FDA clearance. These devices must be used strictly in accordance with their FDA cleared indications for use, the manufacturer's instructions for use, and by qualified personnel. Dolce Bomb MD, LLC is not liable for misuse, off label use, reuse of single use devices, or operation by unlicensed individuals.

3. Cosmetic products and MoCRA compliance

Our topical products, including skin boosters and serums, are cosmetic products regulated under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA).

  • These products are for topical use only and are not intended for injection.
  • In accordance with MoCRA, these products are labeled for professional use.
  • Cosmetic products are intended to enhance appearance and have not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

4. Strict prohibition of internal use

Under no circumstances should any product labeled "Topical" be injected, implanted or consumed internally. Any such misuse constitutes a violation of our terms of sale and immediately voids all liability of Dolce Bomb MD, LLC.

5. Verification and indemnification

Dolce Bomb MD, LLC reserves the right to verify professional credentials before fulfilling any order, and to re-verify them at any time. You agree to indemnify and hold Dolce Bomb MD, LLC harmless from any legal actions, claims, or damages arising from:

  • The purchase of products using falsified or borrowed credentials.
  • The use of medical devices or professional products by unlicensed staff.
  • Adverse reactions resulting from improper application, off label use, or failure to follow professional protocols and the manufacturer's instructions for use.

6. Not medical advice

Product descriptions, technique names, photos, videos and any educational material on this site are provided for informational purposes to licensed professionals. They are not medical advice, do not replace the manufacturer's instructions for use, and do not replace clinical training. The practitioner is solely responsible for patient selection, treatment decisions and patient care.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Dolce Bomb MD, LLC is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or personal injury resulting from professional malpractice or user error.
